Our unique, cask conditioned lager beer, named for one of Scotland’s best loved and most recognisable mountains. The finest lager malt and Hersbrücker lager hops are fermented at a very low temperature with lager yeast then served ‘on the yeast’ at cellar temperature without filtering or extra fizz.
